sports, education and arts. Specialists must have extensive teaching experience and a high level of proficiency in their specialty.
Support Staff -- the camp includes services such as the infirmary, kitchen, maintenance and office. Individuals working in these areas provide for support for the overall operation of the camp.
We expect that all individuals display a high level of personal and professional responsibility. Camp living is in "tight quarters" and works best when each person is caring, responsible and supportive. The camp has high standards for the behavior and conduct of its employees. Work at camp is very demanding. It is also fulfilling.
Living conditions at camp are simple. Counselors live with a group of children. Most other individuals, not living in a bunk, live with other staff members. Our camp season begins
in early June and ends in early August. |
