DIRECTIONS
TO EISNER CAMP
From
Manhattan:
West Side Highway - Henry Hudson Parkway to Taconic State Parkway,
to Route 23 exit toward Claverack/Hillsdale. Turn RIGHT on Route 23 -
and follow the signs to Hillsdale.
Go 17 ½ miles on Route 23 to Route 7 at Great Barrington.
Turn RIGHT on Route 7 and go 1 mile to Eisner Camp sign on
LEFT, past Big Y Supermarket on your right. Turn left at the
camp sign onto Brookside Road - go 1/10 mile, over bridge and
the camp entrance is on the left.
From Queens and Long
Island:
Cross Island Parkway to Whitestone Bridge to Hutchinson River
Parkway North to 684. Stay on 684 until it ends and turns into Route
22 North to Route 23 East. Make a right turn onto Route 23.
Go 17 ½ miles on Route 23 to Route 7 at Great Barrington.
Turn RIGHT on Route 7 and go 1 mile to Eisner Camp sign on
LEFT, past Big Y Supermarket on your right. Turn left at the
camp sign onto Brookside Road - go 1/10 mile, over bridge and
the camp entrance is on the left.
From New Jersey, Rockland
County and Upstate New York:
Option #1: Take N.Y. State Thruway to Catskill Exit. Cross bridge to Hudson, N.Y.
Take Route 23 East to Great Barrington.
Go 17 ½ miles on Route 23 to Route 7 at Great Barrington.
Turn RIGHT on Route 7 and go 1 mile to Eisner Camp sign on
LEFT, past Big Y Supermarket on your right. Turn left at the
camp sign onto Brookside Road - go 1/10 mile, over bridge and
the camp entrance is on the left.
Option #2 - New York Thruway (I90) East Berkshire
Extension to Massachusetts Turnpike. Exit at Exit 2 - Lee/Stockbridge/Great Barrington. Left off exit ramp. Follow signs for Route
102 -to Stockbridge. Follow 102 into the center of
Stockbridge where it will meet Route 7. Follow Route 7 South
(make a hard left at the Red Lion Inn in Stockbridge) to Great
Barrington. Continue for about 12 miles, pass through the town
of Great Barrington. As you pass the turn off for Route 23
(and Dunkin' Donuts on your right) continue 1 mile to Eisner
Camp Sign on your left, just
past Big Y Supermarket on your right. Turn
left at the camp sign onto Brookside Road - go 1/10 mile, over
bridge and the camp entrance is on the left.
From New England:
Massachusetts Turnpike West to Exit 2 - Lee/Stockbridge/Great
Barrington. Tum LEFT off exit ramp following signs to Route 102
to Stockbridge. Follow 102 into the center of Stockbridge where
it will meet Route 7. Follow Route 7 South (make a hard left at
the Red Lion Inn in Stockbridge) to Great Barrington. Continue
for about 12 miles, pass through the town of Great Barrington.
As you pass the turn off for Route 23 (and Dunkin' Donuts on
your right) continue 1 mile to Eisner Camp Sign on your left,
just past Big Y
Supermarket on your right. Turn left at the camp sign onto Brookside Road - go 1/10 mile,
over bridge and the camp entrance is on the left
From Connecticut:
Route 7 North is a little slow but the most direct route. As you
leave Sheffield, MA and enter Great Barrington, you will pass
Mass Electric on your right. We are the next road on the right
(Brookside Road). Our sign is on Route 7.
Turn right at the camp sign onto Brookside Road - go 1/10 mile,
over bridge and the camp entrance is on the left..
